To spearhead this expansion, the firm appointed Cameron Arrington as head of US capital formation. Arrington arrives with a substantial track record, having spent over two decades at Goldman Sachs, where he most recently directed US leveraged loan sales. His expertise across high-yield, distressed credit, and private debt markets will be central to Fasanara’s efforts to connect institutional clients with the firm’s varied credit strategies.
CEO Francesco Filia described the New York launch as a strategic milestone for the firm’s international footprint. This move follows a period of internal growth for the 15-year-old manager, including the recent opening of an Italian office and a series of leadership appointments across its European capital formation and systematic macro divisions. Fasanara currently operates a multi-strategy platform that focuses on lending to small and medium-sized enterprises, real estate firms, and various niche sectors.
