The cohort was made up primarily of children and grandchildren of the bank’s clients, with participants from Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Europe and America, Indosuez said. The Asia programme’s theme was “Leading with Intent and Purpose.” It followed the Academy’s inauguration at INSEAD’s Europe Campus in Fontainebleau, France, last year.
The curriculum covered resilient leadership, crisis communication and governance, with a focus on balancing the preservation of family legacies with strategic growth and innovation. INSEAD programme director Antoine Duvauchelle said the course gave participants a safe space to challenge their assumptions, learn from one another and reflect on their leadership and decision-making.
Indosuez Wealth Management deputy CEO Mathieu Ferragut said the programme was designed to foster stewardship and entrepreneurial vision among a cohort drawn from multiple countries. Asia CEO Laurent Proutière said the launch came as the region undergoes a “massive intergenerational wealth transfer” and founders increasingly focus on succession planning. The bank said it aims to support future leaders as they develop their vision and objectives and take responsibility for family legacies.
