The exchange said withdrawals for HYPE and APT are now enabled. Binance has not published a complete list of assets and networks still subject to restrictions, and availability continues to depend on security checks for each asset and its blockchain network. Reopening one token does not mean all Binance withdrawal routes are back to normal.
Earlier restored assets included Ethereum-based tokens such as LINK, SHIB, ONDO, PENDLE, WLD, ENA and USDE, as well as Solana tokens including BONK, JUP, RENDER, RAY, WIF, TRUMP and PYTH. Binance also resumed withdrawals for five stablecoins on Ethereum: RLUSD, USD1, TUSD, FDUSD and XUSD. The exchange said on November 3 that it would restore additional assets and networks in phases as security checks were completed.
Binance began reopening withdrawals on November 1, starting with Bitcoin and selected assets across 15 blockchain networks. It later expanded access to Ethereum and Solana tokens. On November 6, the exchange said HYPE, APT, INJ, PLASMA, NEAR and LTC were targeted for restoration by the end of the following week. The latest update confirms HYPE and APT are back, but does not say whether the other four have cleared checks.
On November 8, HYPE traded near $77.12, down about 2.47% over 24 hours and 11.98% over seven days, with daily volume around $456 million. APT was near $0.5944, down 1.16% in 24 hours and about 6.8% over seven days, with volume close to $17.1 million. The available market data does not establish a link between the price declines and Binance’s withdrawal decision.
Binance has said it would cover customer losses using corporate resources and its Secure Asset Fund for Users, and restore that fund to approximately $1 billion after drawing on reserves. The exchange has not said when every supported asset and network will be available again. It directed users to official channels for further updates.
