Bubblemaps Rejects Forgery Allegations Amid Legal Threats

The controversy erupted when an X account operating under the name JuJudog published a document allegedly signed on April 11, 2025, outlining payments for wallet clustering services. Bubblemaps swiftly labeled the document a fabrication, highlighting glaring discrepancies including an incorrect email address for CEO Nicolas Vaiman and a physical business address that the company did not occupy until two months after the contract’s purported signing date. French corporate records confirm that Bubblemaps relocated from Levallois-Perret to Paris in June 2025, rendering the document’s timeline impossible.

Beyond the factual inconsistencies, Bubblemaps and independent investigators have challenged the accuser's background. The company maintains that its small team has no record of the individual ever being employed there. Deebs DeFi, a lead researcher at Bubblemaps, further ridiculed the technical jargon in the document, suggesting the author lacks professional knowledge of the industry. Rival analytics firm Trap Map has nonetheless served a formal pre-suit notice, demanding a response by November 16 and urging traders to join a potential class action. Despite these threats, no court filings have surfaced, and investigators have linked the accuser to previous promotional campaigns involving similar tactics, casting doubt on the legitimacy of the entire dispute.
