1win Debuts $1WIN Token on Solana After $61 Million Sale

The two-week sale saw over 6,100 participants vie for a $3.9 million token allocation, leading to an oversubscription rate of more than 15 times. Under the distribution structure, participants receive tokens based on their share of the total USDC committed, with roughly 93.6% of individual contributions returned as refunds. With a fixed supply of one billion tokens, the project carries an implied fully diluted valuation of $30 million based on the sale price of $0.03 per unit.

At the token generation event, approximately 267 million tokens—or 26.7% of the total supply—became unlocked for circulation. 1win, an entertainment platform founded in 2016, intends to support the token’s ecosystem using its existing gaming revenue. The company plans to execute open-market buybacks funded by operating profits and implement a burn mechanism that removes 10% of tokens spent on platform products. Security audits for the smart contracts were completed by firms CertiK and Halborn prior to the launch.
