Sascha Gruber to Lead LGT Capital Partners as CEO

Gruber, a veteran of the firm since 2002, has been instrumental in scaling the company’s private markets division, specifically driving the expansion of its secondaries strategy and establishing a footprint in the Americas. His appointment remains subject to standard regulatory approval. Paganoni, who founded the business in 1998, will transition to the group holding board as part of a long-term succession strategy.

Prince Max von und zu Liechtenstein, chairman of the firm, credited Paganoni with building a resilient global organization. He expressed confidence that Gruber’s deep institutional knowledge will maintain the firm's trajectory under the ownership of the Princely Family.
