By automating the onboarding process for legal entities, the KYC agent has already demonstrated a capacity to save 45 minutes per task. These tools are slated for a full rollout across the Netherlands and Belgium by the end of 2026.
Beyond basic efficiency, the investment expert module allows bankers to synthesize portfolio performance and market news through conversational interfaces. Meanwhile, the sales coaching agent analyzes successful client interactions to provide peer feedback. While Treon views this as a "head to heart" strategy—using digital efficiency to facilitate deeper conversations—she maintains a cautious stance on client-facing implementation, prioritizing governance and risk protection as the technology matures.
