Mark Steward and Louis Theodorou Take New Strategic Roles

Steward will join the board of the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) as part of his new mandate. The committee he now helps lead represents 95 regulators across emerging and growth markets, focusing on the implementation of international securities standards. This appointment aligns with Dubai’s D33 economic agenda, which targets a position among the top four global financial hubs by 2033.

Simultaneously, London and Jersey-based Oakglen Wealth has created a new leadership role for Louis Theodorou to oversee its AI integration. Theodorou, who previously managed digital transformation at SITA, holds an MSc in computer science from University College London. His focus at the firm will be on identifying high-impact AI applications that enhance operational efficiency without compromising client service standards.
