Strive Hits 25,000 Bitcoin Milestone Following Latest Acquisition

The company secured the latest batch of Bitcoin at an average price of $77,954 per coin. To finance this acquisition, Strive utilized proceeds from its Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock, known by the ticker SATA, rather than issuing new common shares. This approach allows the firm to fund its aggressive accumulation strategy while avoiding the dilution of existing common shareholders, who are listed on the Nasdaq under the ticker ASST.

CEO Matt Cole confirmed that the transaction brings the firm’s total holdings to exactly 25,000 BTC, marking a significant increase from the 14,557 BTC held as recently as April. Alongside the updated treasury balance, Cole reported that the company’s amplification ratio—a proprietary metric used to track Bitcoin exposure for common shareholders relative to net asset value—has climbed to 53.5%. Beyond its primary digital reserve, Strive maintains a liquidity buffer of approximately $204.2 million in cash and holds $49.81 million in STRC preferred stock issued by Strategy.
