Strive signals further Bitcoin accumulation as ASST hits yearly high

Strive currently holds 23,156 BTC, following a late-August deal that saw the company add 1,800 coins for roughly $143 million. This purchase, executed at an average price of $79,431 per coin, solidified the firm's position as the fifth-largest publicly traded corporate Bitcoin holder. CEO Matt Cole has publicly expressed an ambition to climb to second place by the end of the year, trailing only Strategy in total holdings.

Market confidence in the firm’s strategy is reflected in the performance of its Nasdaq-listed common stock, ASST. The shares recently climbed above $27, marking a new yearly high with a 120% gain over the past month. Unlike direct Bitcoin ownership, ASST provides investors with equity exposure that fluctuates based on treasury size, operating results, and broader market sentiment. Strive continues to leverage its at-the-market programs for both ASST and its preferred security, SATA, to finance these acquisitions. With SATA trading near its $100 par value, the company maintains a flexible path to raise capital, even as it balances the risks of share dilution and the obligations of its perpetual preferred dividend structure.
