Total assets grew from £19.1 billion in the prior year, bolstered by £19.3 billion in management funds and £2.4 billion in advised-only assets. Net inflows hit £226 million, marking a significant turnaround from 2025. Revenue climbed 6 percent to £118.1 million, driven by financial planning growth, despite headwinds from lower transactional and interest income.

Underlying profit before tax reached £29 million, with diluted earnings per share rising 6 percent to 137.9 pence. The board declared a final dividend of 52.0 pence, bringing the full-year total to 83.0 pence—the 21st consecutive year of payout increases. CEO Andrea Montague noted that the firm’s restructuring efforts have yielded strong results, particularly within the Platform MPS division, which saw 35 percent growth. With the integration of Brooks Financial complete, the firm enters the new fiscal year targeting further market share expansion.
