Pacific Asset Management and Citi Wealth Announce Leadership Changes

Scott Spencer joins Pacific Asset Management as investment director, reporting directly to CIO Will Bartleet. Spencer steps into a multi-faceted role, joining the investment committee for the firm’s Pacific MPS portfolios while managing income strategies and IPX solutions. His appointment follows a career spent at Titan Square Mile, Columbia Threadneedle Investments, and Aberdeen Asset Management, where he developed expertise in portfolio construction and fund selection.

At Citi Wealth, Elizabeth McElherne assumes the role of head of AIMS platform management, effective September 8. She will oversee the lifecycle of a diverse product suite, including private equity, real estate, hedge funds, and exchange-traded funds. Reporting to Daniel O’Donnell, McElherne brings over 17 years of experience to the position, having previously served as a founding member and global head of client solutions at Alchelyst. Her background includes significant tenures at Goldman Sachs Asset Management and Apollo Global Management, where she focused on scaling wealth platforms across multiple international markets.
