BNP Paribas Asset Management Appoints Four New Investment Leads

The reshuffle tasks Guy Davies, who joined the firm in 2008, with leading fundamental active equity. Olivier de Larouzière, a veteran of Ostrum Asset Management, takes the helm of fixed income, while Laurent Clavel, arriving via the 2025 acquisition of AXA IM, assumes responsibility for the multi-asset division. Rounding out the appointments is Robinson Rouchié, who steps into the role of global head of systematic and quantitative investments after serving as chief of staff to the CIO since 2020.

According to Gambi, the new organizational framework aims to better leverage the firm’s collective scale across the risk and client spectrum. These leaders bring extensive backgrounds from institutions including Natixis Asset Management and various divisions within the broader BNP Paribas Group, ranging from wealth management to the investment banking arm in the Americas.
