The firm, which maintains regulated entities across Singapore, India, the UAE, and London, is shifting its focus toward managing the structural complexity of client lives. Tandon notes that while clients remain sophisticated and risk-tolerant regarding asset allocation—often embracing volatility in private equity—they demand zero tolerance for structural errors in custody, succession planning, and jurisdictional compliance. This demand has spurred the launch of 'Global Indian,' a wealth management platform tailored for non-resident Indians and international investors.
To support this scale, the institution has bolstered its leadership team with several managing director appointments across Dubai, India, and Singapore. These moves, paired with a $40 million strategic funding round secured in 2025 and a partnership with Taiwan’s Draco Evolution, provide the necessary capital and operational reach for the firm’s 2027 objectives. As capital flows continue to shift between East and West, Tandon views the UAE as a critical intersection for this movement, noting that the firm serves a diverse demographic ranging from traditional Baby Boomers to tech-native Gen Z clients. By prioritizing deep, advisory-led relationships over transactional services, the firm currently reports a client attrition rate of less than 1 percent.
