Ranjit Khanna Takes Helm at EFG International’s Dubai Advisory Office

Ranjit Khanna Takes Helm at EFG International’s Dubai Advisory Office

Khanna moves to the firm after previously serving as the DIFC chief executive at Bank of Singapore, where he oversaw private banking operations spanning the Middle East, Europe, and Global South Asia. He will now report to Patrick Ramsey, the head of Continental Europe and Middle East, while working under the strategic oversight of Soha Nashaat, executive chairwoman of EFG International Middle East.

Ramsey noted that Khanna’s regional expertise and leadership history align with the bank’s commitment to its Dubai hub, which was established in 2019 and currently houses more than 60 professionals. The appointment confirms industry speculation from late April regarding Khanna’s transition. For EFG, the move signals a continued focus on the UAE as a cornerstone of its broader regional expansion strategy.
