Osiris Group Expands Fiduciary Footprint to Guernsey

Osiris Management Guernsey and Osiris Trustees Guernsey will now offer a comprehensive suite of services, including trust administration, family office support, and corporate governance. The firm intends to leverage this new jurisdiction to provide clients with broader options through its existing global platform, citing consistent demand from intermediaries for a presence in the region.

The new operation will be managed by a board featuring both local market experts and internal leadership. Dan Bisson, an industry veteran with over 25 years of experience at institutions like Rothschild Trust and RBC, joins as executive director alongside Jonny Gamble, who brings three decades of local fiduciary and investment expertise. Tim Walker, previously head of trust and administration for Osiris in Mauritius, will provide operational continuity, while group CEO George Titan joins the board as a non-executive director to oversee the integration. This development adds to the group’s existing network, which spans Mauritius, the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, Hong Kong, and Dubai.
