Her background also includes an extended period at PwC UK, where she specialized in the insurance sector and earned recognition for driving digital transformation through the integration of innovative audit technologies.
In her new position, Shaik is tasked with refining the firm’s financial leadership and operational discipline. CEO Steve Lamarque highlighted her commercial judgment and leadership style as critical factors in the selection, noting that her ability to foster positive team environments will prove essential as the company continues to grow. Beyond her corporate career, Shaik founded a London-based support network for new mothers, an initiative emphasizing her focus on community building. Hilbert, which maintains offices in Paris, London, Brussels, and Dubai, provides bespoke investment services including derivatives, equities, and fixed-income securities to institutional and private banking clients.
