Mike Lindell Ordered to Pay $5 Million in Election Data Dispute

Robert Zeidman, a 63-year-old software developer from Nevada, initiated the breach of contract lawsuit after Lindell refused to honor the "Prove Mike Wrong Challenge." While Lindell publicly asserted his data contained evidence of Chinese meddling in the 2020 presidential contest, the challenge only required participants to demonstrate that the provided information had no connection to the election. The panel of arbitrators sided with Zeidman, confirming the data failed to match the CEO's claims.

Zeidman expressed satisfaction with the outcome, stating that the truth regarding the symposium data has finally surfaced. His attorney, Brian Glasser, suggested the decision serves as a broader warning for those promoting election-related misinformation. Lindell, who remains a vocal supporter of former President Donald Trump, dismissed the ruling as a "terribly wrong decision" and signaled his intent to challenge the outcome in court.

This legal defeat adds to the mounting pressure on Lindell, who is already facing a $1.3 billion defamation lawsuit from Dominion Voting Systems. The voting machine company alleges that the executive leveraged false claims about the 2020 election to boost product sales. The arbitration loss arrives just a day after Fox News settled its own multi-million dollar defamation case with Dominion, a sequence of events that political commentators have described as a significant setback for election deniers.
