Principal Asset Management and Wealth Dynamix Announce Leadership Shifts

Based in Germany, Daniel Maric will now spearhead Principal Asset Management’s growth initiatives across the continent. Having joined the firm in 2021 as head of sales for Germany and Austria, Maric brings two decades of institutional experience, including previous tenures at BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management and State Street Global Advisors. Kamal Bhatia, president and CEO of Principal, emphasized that the move signals the firm’s long-term commitment to the European market, where it manages a portion of its $601.9 billion in global assets.

Simultaneously, Wealth Dynamix has named Mark Perkins as its new chief technology officer. Perkins arrives with over 16 years of experience in financial services technology, specifically focusing on cloud transformation, SaaS, and trading platforms. He joins the client lifecycle management provider following a five-year stint as a senior director at DXC Technology in London and a product leadership role at ANZ. His appointment underscores the provider’s focus on scaling its technical capabilities within the competitive wealth management software sector.
