OKX to Delist Six Trading Pairs for GODS, PRCL and DUCK

OKX to Delist Six Trading Pairs for GODS, PRCL and DUCK

The delisting process is split into two distinct stages. On August 14, between 16:00 and 18:00 UTC, the exchange will remove the USD-settled pairs: GODS/USD, PRCL/USD, and DUCK/USD. Three days later, on August 17, the platform will terminate support for the USDT-denominated markets, specifically GODS/USDT, PRCL/USDT, and DUCK/USDT, alongside the PRCL/EUR pair. OKX has not provided a specific reason for the removal of these markets.

These adjustments arrive amid a broader series of operational shifts for the exchange across multiple international jurisdictions. Recently, OKX navigated regulatory scrutiny in South Korea, where its Android application was briefly removed from the Google Play Store before being restored. Simultaneously, the company is refining its European offerings, including the introduction of a USDT-to-USDC conversion service to align with the Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) regulatory framework. These changes follow the appointment of former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo to the company's board of directors, a move intended to bolster the exchange's institutional and regulatory strategy in the United States.
